Service scope

StrataIndex provides software for extracting, reviewing, tracing, and exporting requirements derived from uploaded documents. The service may evolve during early access, and features, limits, interfaces, or availability may change without notice.

Eligibility and authority

You may use StrataIndex only if you have authority to do so on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent. If you upload documents or other content, you represent that you have the rights, permissions, and legal basis needed to provide that content for processing.

Customer content

You retain responsibility for the content you upload, including its legality, accuracy, and appropriateness for processing. You are also responsible for validating output against source documents and for making the final professional, legal, operational, or compliance judgment.

No professional advice

StrataIndex is software, not a law firm, consultancy, or compliance function. Output and website content do not constitute legal advice, regulatory advice, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for interpretation, client deliverables, and downstream decisions.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service in violation of law, contract, or another person's rights.
• Do not upload content you are not authorized to process.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, probe, scrape, or disrupt the service outside permitted use.
• Do not use the service to develop competing models or systems through unauthorized extraction or bulk copying.
• Do not bypass technical limits, security controls, or access restrictions.

Early access and beta conditions

Early-access features may be incomplete, experimental, or subject to additional restrictions. We may add or remove access, usage limits, or support terms during the early-access period.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if needed to protect the service, comply with law, respond to abuse or security issues, or address a material breach of these terms or another agreement.

Third-party services

StrataIndex relies on third-party providers for infrastructure, authentication, communications, analytics, and AI functionality. Their availability and performance may affect the service.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrataIndex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, business opportunities, goodwill, or data, arising from or related to the use of the website or service. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or if you paid nothing, a reasonable minimum amount permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms, unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
